Every item is handpicked for you from the drakesflakes collection.  Orders will be shipped via USPS within 1-3 business days.  Most orders arrive within 3-7 days from shipment.  Delivery times may vary depending on destination and time of year.  All standard USPS shipping holidays apply.  A USPS tracking number will be emailed to you once your package ships.

Orders under $100 ship USPS Ground Advantage for a flat rate of $5.95 to anywhere in the United States including APO addresses and PO boxes.  

Merchandise totaling over $100 will ship for FREE excluding Priority Mail orders. 

USPS Priority Mail shipping is available on all orders at checkout.  Most orders arrive within 2-3 days from shipment.

We live in the land of PO boxes too, so if we are shipping to one, please allow 2-10 days for delivery.  We send packages to military addresses via USPS. In our experience it is best to allow 10-17 business days for APO delivery especially when shipping overseas.

We are proud of the drakesflakes we make and watch each package via tracking to make sure that your flurry of flakes makes it to your destination.

*Please note that our shipping labels are generated directly from the address you provide at checkout. Once a parcel has shipped, we are unable to correct any mistakes in the delivery address.  It is drakesflakes policy not to replace items that are lost because an incorrect address was supplied at the time of checkout. Please contact us immediately via email at sales@drakesflakes.com if you complete a transaction and then realize the address was incorrect.  We will do our best to correct it before it ships.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds. We are happy to exchange an item if it is defective or damaged or if we accidentally shipped the wrong item. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If there is a concern with your order, please send us an email at sales@drakesflakes.com so we can evaluate the issue within 10 days of receipt. If you are able, please provide pictures.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be returned within 10 business days of drakesflakes response to your email. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
